The first thing I would like to say is, that by reading these reviews, you will get my personal opinion of these products. I have struggled with my weight for many years and I wanted to do something about it. My first step was to extensively research these products in an effort to find a realistic weight loss program. I ended up using "Fat Loss 4 Idiots" and lost 35lbs.
